The oddest thing about the skull of the Shub is not its consistency, its elongated cranial cavity, the protuberance where its horns bond to its skull. No none of these things betray the grotesque depths to which these caves truly reach. The skull could almost be described as ornate in that it as adorned with cryptic figures and shapes. It is speculated that it could be some form of equation or writing, though there has yet to be a breakthrough in deciphering it.
