Chuck asks you to hand him the Maladrite Stone. You place it into his possession.
He takes a moment to analyze the material.

Great. Hopefully this sample will help Grayson's
geologists figure out the next location for our rigs.
Looks like they might start coming up dry soon.

Listen we've also been trying to get her geologists
to do more surveys of the caves. They're all in
Trip's camp and are given to his superstitions.

They've got some rumour going about. Something
about dark rituals of the Cultists or whatever
they're calling them.

Like I've said they're given to Kaminsky's
superstitions, they see some crystal glowing
behind one of those things and that strange
chattering of teh shoggoth.

They get creeped, they run, they tell a good story
to jusify their fear. Just go in there and check
things out, our field reports have limited sightings
of the so called cultists to the craters and the third
cave so I'm sure this whole thing is nonsense.
