On completion of  "Holding Fort Sisyphus IV" and "Big Game Hunting" one has to visit Alex Bukin in Camp Icarus and talk to him. One will receive "Bukin's Spare Rifle" with which one has to go back to Fort Sisyphus and talk to Captain Atreida in order to receive the mission.
