Sandor Bauer:

"As I said, it's just a rumor, but supposedly, Omegatron has a contract for a black project, a new type of weapon that not only kills but also distorts the datastream of genetic restreaming

 

Just imagine, bang! one shot, and you're dead for real! When it's completed, it will be the most sought-after weapon on the market "

Sandor Bauer:

" Well, the story goes that somebody working at a black R&D department at Omegaton slips a few words to his wife, and she just happens to have a friend who's an arms dealer, and she has an occasional lover that is a write for one of the guns'n'ammo magazines. So he looks into it and finds other little details that fit the story. And when he publishes the story, the Omegaton researcher disappears.''

Sandor Bauer:

" Just like that. And it doesn't end there. The wife sues Omegaton for 'disappearing' her husband and the wheels of justice start turning. Then it so happens that someone at the top of Omegaton plays poker with someone else that knows the wife of the judge that handles the case. And after some very legit re-election campaign donations by someone thats definitely not Omegaton, the judge has the case thrown out of court "'

• That sounds very much like corruption.

Sandor Bauer:

" Maybe, but I don't care. Corporations are always corrupt, as is the legal system. "

" But the important point is that not even Omegaton goes for that kind of skullduggery unless there is some truth to the story. "
