This mission is best done if you are doing initially Clearing the swamp and then Hunting down the Tripudions as well as having The Allophyls missions (which you might want to be doing the Iron Challenge for at the same time!) on the go at the same time.

Orion Recommends

The designated mission area is spoiled with irrelevant creatures and has a very low density of the specific mission insects (Pupugi, Dirpi, Igni). You can hunt these creatures everywhere on Calypso, still counting for the mission.
The most comfortable way to solve the mission is to go to Position 72880, 71440, East of Jurra Plateau teleporter.
The density of Pupugis is quite high here and the area is not spoiled with other creatures. Just run around 100 or 200 meters to collect a handfull of insects.
The lazy hunter uses Gremlin Armor.
Badass Hunters find a spot with a very high density of Igni Prowlers south-east of Odysseus Landing TP at POS 54700, 64250 (Wave Event Area).
